2007-08 season

On September 10, 2007, Jones was traded along with Steven Hunter to the Denver Nuggets for Reggie Evans and the draft rights of Ricky Sanchez.[2] He was waived by the Nuggets on January 7, 2008 after averaging 3.3 points and 1.4 rebounds in 23 games off the bench.[3]

He signed with the Memphis Grizzlies on January 10.[4]
